Time to Dance

Project Description:
Based on the theme of positive aging, 5 centres in Cork received creative dance workshops incorporating seated creative dance, with music, song, brainteasers, icebreakers and lots of colourful props! An additional 27 dance tutors took part in the following practical dissemination of information gleaned from the experience of the project.
