This programme was repeated at UCH Limerick on 14 July 2006 and at the National Concert Hall Dublin 16 July 2006
Opening the series on 15 July is the National Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ireland performing Mahler’s Symphony No.9 with conductor Atso Almila Music and animateur Hannah Conway. Hannah has an interactive and creative approach to introducing music to an audience: it will be a presentation full of surprises and the audience can be guaranteed that they will enjoy the symphony in a completely different way following her introduction.
