Project Description:
Les Rencontres is a network of elected officials in charge of culture from cities and regions throughout Europe. Its annual general meeting is always held in that year’s European Capital of Culture.
Delegates from all over Europe came to Cork for the 2005 AGM, the theme of which was ‘Cultural relations between Europe and The Americas’.
