Project Description:
This film explores the views of people with intellectual disabilities on what it means to have such a disability. The film focuses on different areas of life such as work, home and leisure activities, in both urban and rural settings. The group featured in the film reveal how similar their interests and dreams are to those without a disability and express their opinions on how they wish to be treated by society at large. Produced by Frameworks Films in collaboration with Cope Foundation, Mallow and the Brothers of Charity Caritas Training Centre, Cork.
