This wonderful trio is famous for maintaining an intensity and sense of urgency in each performance – as if the musicians cannot get their great music out fast enough. It's no wonder it is one of the biggest attractions in the world of jazz today and one of the hottest tickets for the 2005 Guiness Jazz Festival.
One of the giants of jazz on the line-up, this concert was a great double bill with superstar Charlie Haden with his politically driven Liberation Music Orchestra from the USA featuring the famous pianist/composer Carla Bley.
